Reservation & Deposit Policies

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS DURING SUMMER SEASON
We require a one-night, non-refundable deposit when making a reservation during our summer season from June 1 – October 1. If you are staying five nights or more, we require a two-night deposit. The total deposit will include taxes and the local Lodging Occupancy Tax of three dollars per night. Cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged for your full stay.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS DURING WINTER/SPRING/FALL SEASONS
We require a one-night deposit when making a reservation from October 2 – May 31. If you are staying five nights or more, we require a two-night deposit. The total deposit will include taxes and the local Lodging Occupancy Tax of three dollars per night. If you must cancel your reservation, we provide a refund of your deposit if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your stay. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, we will be unable to refund your deposit.

Non-Smoking
We are a complete non-smoking facility. If you choose to smoke outside your room, we do ask that you keep our Lodge property and our city clean by disposing of butts in an appropriate receptacle. Smokers must be respectful of other guests, and must not smoke in close proximity to other guest rooms.
If you or anyone in your party does smoke in our rooms, we regrettably must charge a $300 room cleaning fee.
